Program Manager RPO

professionals to lead strategic recruitment programs within international client environments. Both roles are based in the Netherlands with a strong on-site presence in Amsterdam and offer hybrid flexibility.

Senior Program Manager RPO – Global Food Industry Lead an international RPO program for a global food organization headquartered in Amsterdam, with occasional travel to Germany.

Key Focus Areas: Own end-to-end RPO delivery and client relationship at senior level Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team Translate business objectives into scalable hiring strategies Ensure operational excellence, financial oversight (P&L ownership), and continuous improvement Partner closely with international stakeholders in a matrix environment

Profile: 3–5+ years' experience managing recruitment teams (RPO experience strongly preferred) Proven experience managing: International teams, Senior stakeholders and, challenging clients/tough conversations. Fluent in English Willingness to travel occasionally (once a quarter to Köln)

Program Manager RPO – Manufacturing Industry Manage and expand an RPO program for a leading manufacturing client with headquarters in Amsterdam and production sites nationwide.

Key Focus Areas: End‑to‑end RPO ownership

across an international program Strategic stakeholder management

at senior and operational levels Leadership & coaching

of recruiters and specialists Program & process excellence

with continuous improvement Financial ownership

(budget, forecast, P&L insight) Cross-border collaboration

including occasional travel to Germany

Profile: Experience leading

RPO programs , recruitment teams, or complex service environments Strong

stakeholder management

and ability to navigate matrix structures Proven

people leadership

with coaching and development skills Solid

financial awareness

and confidence managing budgets Skilled at managing conflict, change, and high‑pressure environments Full professional proficiency in

English

and willingness to travel occasionally
