Maintenance Planner / Operations Coordinator Location:

ASAP Trinamics is looking for a Maintenance Planner / Operations Coordinator to support a large-scale offshore wind project in the Netherlands. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of repair and maintenance campaigns across multiple windfarms by coordinating teams, resources, and operational planning from our IJmuiden office.

Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily operations in collaboration with site management and operations teams Organize technician rotations and manage staffing plans Ensure all team training is up to date and oversee onboarding and manifesting for offshore crews Manage service orders in SAP, including tracking, correcting, and ensuring accurate time and parts usage Resolve system issues related to work orders Place purchase orders and support procurement as needed

Requirements Fluent in English Strong SAP experience is mandatory Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges
