Financial and Compliance officer (Crypto)

Coinmart is a crypto proprietary trading firm. We trade our own capital using internally developed strategies across digital asset markets. We operate with speed, precision, and accountability.

We combine quantitative thinking, disciplined execution, and deep market understanding to compete in global crypto markets.

Now we are looking for someone who can take ownership of our financial and legal backbone.

The Role You will be responsible for the financial administration and structural integrity of the company. This is not a narrow accounting role, this is a hybrid position combining finance, operations, legal structuring, and strategic advisory.

You will be the person who ensures that everything behind the scenes runs flawlessly so the trading team can focus entirely on performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial administration

Manage payments, cash flow, and liquidity planning

Prepare and coordinate annual accounts

Develop financial forecasts and scenario models

Identify cost‑saving opportunities and capital optimization strategies (e.g. staking, yield strategies, treasury management)

Monitor operational expenses and improve financial efficiency

Set up and manage entities in foreign jurisdictions

Coordinate with legal advisors and corporate service providers

Handle exchange onboarding and KYB processes

Manage Chamber of Commerce (KvK) filings and structural changes

Maintain corporate documentation and governance structure

Ensure compliance with evolving crypto regulations

Act as a financial and structural sparring partner to the CEO

Provide clear, direct advice on risk, structure, and optimization

Identify operational blind spots and propose solutions

Make decisions when needed, not everything requires a committee

You have experience in finance, accounting, corporate structuring, or a related field

You understand crypto markets and trading dynamics (preferably a strong passion)

You have strong analytical skills and think in terms of risk and efficiency

You are comfortable setting up entities, managing documentation, and handling regulatory processes

You are proactive — you don’t wait for instructions

You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information

You speak up when something doesn’t make sense
