Location:
Arnhem (Hybrid – minimum 1 day/week onsite, ideally 2 days on Mon/Wed)
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Omada Specialist to lead and optimize Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions in a complex, regulated enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, manage, and enhance Omada Identity solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional IAM issues
Contribute to IAM architecture and system integrations
Lead initiatives such as role mining, SoD analysis, and recertification
Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams
Ensure auditability and compliance with regulatory standards
Must-Have Skills:
Proven hands-on experience with Omada Identity in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, SoD, role lifecycle, compliance
Proficiency in SCIM, EntraID, Active Directory, and PowerShell
Familiarity with ISO27001, NIS2 compliance frameworks
Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with IAM integrations via SCIM
Strong analytical and communication skills
