We are looking for a tech-savvy mind to help us streamline our workflows, manage our systems, and initiate the next transition into an AI-enhanced workplace.

The Role We are looking for a Digital Systems & AI Integration Intern to act as our internal tech navigator. Rather than fixing printers, you will be the architect of our Internal Operating System. You will bridge the gap between administrative organization and technical execution, focusing on internal transparency, alignment, and process efficiency. This is a role for an AI visionary who can build custom agents and tools that sync seamlessly with our IT ecosystem

Key Responsibilities Internal "OS" Development:

Design and maintain management systems for company-wide transparency and alignment. AI Agent Building:

Develop and deploy custom AI agents to automate internal workflows. Low-Code Innovation:

Use platforms like

lovable.dev

and the

Anthropic Suite

to build internal tools that save our team hours of manual labor. Google Ecosystem Integration:

Ensure all AI tools are deeply synchronized with

Google Drive, Forms, and Gemini . Market Analysis:

Review the latest tech tools to identify opportunities for automation and productivity gains. Digital Documentation:

Create "How-To" guides and internal wikis to help the team adopt new AI-driven workflows.

Google Power User:

The Architect's Logic:

Languages:

Strong English skills; Dutch or German is a significant plus.
