We are seeking a results-driven
Business Development Manager
to drive growth across the Benelux region within logistics and manufacturing automation.
This is a true front-line commercial role for someone who thrives on winning new business, building strong pipelines, and converting opportunities into revenue.
*This role requires fluecny to a professional level in English and either Dutch or French*
The Role
Own revenue growth and market expansion across Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg
Identify and win new customers including system integrators, distributors, installers, and end users
Develop and execute a clear territory and account strategy
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure and revenue realization
Lead commercial discussions, deliver compelling solution presentations, and negotiate contracts
Build long-term strategic relationships to generate repeat and upsell business
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Provide accurate forecasting and market insights to leadership
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience in logistics automation, manufacturing automation, robotics, or industrial equipment
Strong experience selling to integrators or manufacturing/logistics end users in Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg
Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and achieving sales targets
Experience in solution or project-based sales
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Fluent English plus Dutch and/or French (mandatory)
Fluenct Mandarin (beneficial)
