At Cutr we're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team.
About the Job
Our mission is to simplify interiors manufacturing for everyone involved by making it easier, faster, and cheaper. We need your help! We’re in the early stages of expanding our Sales motion, so you’ll play a big part in defining and building winning strategies to grow our market and establishing foundations of our sales processes for future expansion.
As a Senior AE you will be responsible for acquiring our largest target accounts, building strong customer relationships, managing and growing your portfolio of accounts, and ensuring contribution to the company’s growth target.
As the customers' trusted point of contact with Cutr, you’ll gain in-depth understanding of their challenges, translate them into effective action plans, provide exceptional experience, and gather market insights that will drive strategy and roadmap.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
Manage your own funnel between customer acquisition and existing customer penetration against business goals.
Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients as their primary point of contact.
Spot and pursue fresh business prospects within existing client base and potential new clients in both established and new markets.
Engage in negotiations for contracts and pricing agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
Collect essential market insights and understand customer requirements to steer our market strategy and shape our product roadmap.
Act as a coach and mentor to junior members of the team.
About You
Native Dutch speaker.
5+ years of acquisition experience in SaaS sales and/or account management or equivalent complex sales processes.
Comfortable taking responsibility and being a self‑starter in a high‑paced startup environment.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to understand and analyze complex client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Coachable and desire to improve sales skill set.
Able to travel as required for client meetings and industry events (driver's license needed).
Experience in manufacturing, wood‑related industries or startups is a big plus.
