Sales Director | Data Centre Expansion | Benelux Salary: 80k - 100k plus 40% commission OTE | Remote with local travel

Our client is the undisputed global leader in load bank solutions, currently sitting at the heart of the international AI and Data Centre infrastructure boom. Following a period of significant growth, they are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to spearhead their expansion across the Benelux region, with a primary focus on the Netherlands. This is a pure hunter mandate designed for a business builder who wants to move away from account management and into a role with total strategic autonomy.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a robust business development strategy tailored specifically to the Dutch and Benelux markets. Identify and analyse market trends and competitor activity to capture new growth opportunities within the Data Centre sector. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to drive brand penetration. Achieve revenue targets through aggressive sales initiatives and long-term growth strategies. Represent the brand at major industry events, conferences, and panels to establish high visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements: Willingness to focus 100% of your time on new business acquisition Extensive experience selling in the Data Centre space across IT, M&E, or AI infrastructure. Based in or willing to travel extensively around the Netherlands and the wider Benelux region. Experience within the commissioning sector, load banks, or mission-critical equipment rental (preferred).

The Process: Stage 1: An introductory conversation with the VP of Sales to discuss technical baseline and business fit. Stage 2: A final interview with the leadership team focusing on regional growth strategy and character fit.
