Our client, a leader in cutting-edge construction solutions, is seeking a proactive

CSA Construction Manager

to oversee the successful delivery of major projects across Europe, including Data Centres, Advanced Technology, and Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with key stakeholders, including sub-contractors, design teams, and client representatives, to achieve seamless project execution.

Manage the transformation of design specifications into installation-ready drawings in collaboration with BIM and engineering teams.

Oversee health and safety management, ensuring compliance and maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Track and control costs for labour, materials, and equipment, ensuring financial efficiency.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders.

Drive snagging and punch list processes, ensuring all project elements meet client expectations before handover.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 8 years’ experience in CSA construction, managing large-scale projects.

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).

Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

Background in Data Centres and precast construction is advantageous.
