Freelance Trainer & Content Creator (IT

For an international corporate environment, we are looking for a

Freelance Junior Trainer

who wants to build a career in Training & Content Creation.

This is

not

a senior trainer position. This is a

development-focused role

where you will grow into a fully independent Trainer / Content Creator while supporting an experienced international team.

You will work closely with training specialists and multimedia content creators and play a key role in supporting the delivery and development of international training programmes.

Your Responsibilities Support trainers and content creators in daily operations Coordinate training logistics (online sessions, webinars, classroom training) Assist in the development of video and training materials Analyse training feedback and assessment data Support training needs analyses Maintain and update training websites and programme materials Gradually take ownership of training content and delivery

What This Role Is NOT Not a senior L&D specialist role Not a fully independent corporate trainer position Not a purely administrative support function This role combines coordination, learning, analysis, and hands-on content development.
