BMS Lead – Pharma Manufacturing Project

Looking for a chance to shape next-generation pharmaceutical manufacturing? We’re hiring a Building Management Systems (BMS) Lead to drive the design, delivery, and integration of Siemens Desigo BMS at a high-profile new facility. This role will be mainly remote for two years, before becoming fully onsite in Europe.

In this role, you’ll: Provide technical leadership and oversight of BMS delivery across all project phases Guide vendor selection, oversee documentation, and review system design and architecture Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards Troubleshoot and support commissioning, qualification, and facility startup Coordinate closely with project and automation teams, managing schedules, budgets, and status reporting

What you bring: Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years’ BMS experience in pharma/biotech projects (Siemens Desigo preferred) Expertise in automation, utilities, HVAC systems, and compliance Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Willingness to transition from remote to on-site work (over a 3-year project timeline)
