Power Systems & Electrical Engineer

What You’ll Do:

Develop electrical and Power-to-Heat (P2H) concept designs during the sales phase.

Translate concepts into detailed engineering packages for project execution.

Ensure compliance with international directives and safety standards (e.g., LVD, EMC).

Support supplier selection and supervise installation and commissioning, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).

Drive improvement initiatives and standardize design processes in collaboration with R&D.

Work closely with sales and project teams to help scale innovative renewable energy solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.

5+ years of experience in power systems and industrial automation, including electrical system design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.

Strong understanding of LV/MV distribution, renewable sources (PV, wind), and fundamentals of energy trading markets.

Knowledge of IEC/IEEE/EN standards, SAT procedures, and safety protocols.

Experience with EPLAN and electrical installations abroad is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Willingness to travel internationally for installations and commissioning.

Entrepreneurial mindset and motivated to help scale a global renewable energy technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept design for customer proposals integrating renewable energy sources with Energy Management Systems.

Detailed electrical design, including schematics, instrumentation selection, cable sizing, and field communication.

Supervise installation, diagnose issues, and lead SAT for electrical systems.

Standardize processes and support R&D in implementing innovative solutions.
