counts, join us! We are looking for an Automation Engineer to work onsite in Baarle-Nassau. This is a temporary contract until mid-next year, with potential for extension as part of the IT&OT Onsite Services. Tasks and Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot semi-automated and automated manufacturing lines Provide support to Operational Technology systems Collaborate with local cross-functional teams and external equipment suppliers to ensure operational efficiency Support computer system validation activities to meet regulatory compliance and industry standards Ensure timely and effective troubleshooting and resolution of system issues in accordance with agreed SLAs Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing automation and validation processes Support and execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities in compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11) Ensure timely and effective issue resolution Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to automation systems, processes, and documentation Ensure all activities are properly documented in accordance with internal and regulatory standards Requirements University degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field Proven experience in automation and OT systems within manufacturing or industrial environments Strong understanding of computer system validation (CSV) in regulated industries (e.g. pharmaceutical, biotech) Hands-on experience with semi-automated/automated lines and related troubleshooting Good understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP) Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional and external stakeholders Experienced working in multinational teams, i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable Flexible and team oriented person Collaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholders Fluency in
