Senior Data Analyst (Logistics)

Overview Our client, a global leader in logistics, is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join their Customer Onboarding & Engagement function.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer behavior throughout onboarding to identify opportunities for increased engagement, conversion, and retention.

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting assets focused on acquisition, engagement, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics partners to evaluate onboarding flows, experiments, and campaign effectiveness.

Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.

Work alongside data engineers to ensure smooth integration of data from multiple sources.

Present clear, compelling insights to stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.

Apply A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to validate improvements.

Proactively identify workflow optimization opportunities and contribute to best‑practice sharing across teams.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.

6+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally within digital or customer acquisition domains.

Strong SQL skills for data extraction, modeling, and transformation.

Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred; Tableau also considered).

Experience with Python or R for advanced analytical work.

Solid understanding of A/B testing principles, statistical analysis, and experimentation design.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.

Proven success working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, Agile environments.

Strong stakeholder management and proven ability to independently drive initiatives.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub and dbt is a plus.
