Project Engineer - Security systems

As a Project Manager at ADI, you become the driving force connecting our customers with our internal and external sales teams. You oversee technical projects from A to Z, guaranteeing smooth delivery and exceptional communication in Dutch and French throughout every stage.

Responsibilities

Project management: Prepare quotations for a variety of technical projects, supporting the full process from the first price enquiry through to final delivery.

Technical advice: Help customers choose the right solution by giving practical, well-explained technical advice by phone and email.

Quotation management: Prepare, follow up and process more complex quotations, making sure everything is accurate and delivered on time.

Planning: Work closely with our logistics planning team to make sure customer timelines are realistic and achievable.

Point of contact: Be the main contact person for our French- and Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring communication runs smoothly at all times.

You must have

You are confidently bilingual in Dutch and French, both spoken and written. You also bring solid professional English skills, which you’ll use for international contacts and reading technical documentation.

You’re well-organised, detail-oriented and able to keep an overview even when things get busy.

You enjoy taking ownership of your work and can operate independently when needed.

You’re comfortable working with MS Office.

Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP)
