Maintenance Technician

The Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will be at the heart of the production process, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. You will:

Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and process reliability. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative technical solutions.

In this role, you will have the chance to make a tangible difference by keeping operations running seamlessly and supporting projects that enhance productivity. Your expertise will directly influence the success of the team and the company’s ability to meet ambitious production goals.

This is You Vocational training (MBO) or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance. Hands-on experience in maintenance within a production or manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems. Familiarity with PLCs, pneumatics, and industrial machinery is an advantage. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Good command of English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
