HR Process Management Lead
Start/End Dates: 05/01/2026 - 04/04/2026
Work Location: Amersfoort (Stationsplein) / Hybrid (2 days office, 3 home)
Hours per week: 38, but 32 could be an option
Language: English is required. Dutch is a plus.
The Process Management Lead is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing HR processes across the global organization. This role ensures that global HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The Process Management Lead acts as a key liaison between HR Business Process Owners, the Digital team, and senior HR stakeholders to drive process excellence and continuous improvement.
The global HR Function is in a significant transformation. It develops from a scattered decentralized model towards a global centralized model with 2 shared service centre hubs, capability pools and strategic HR business partners. This requires a strong Business Process Ownership (BPO) governance and a mindset/cultural shift within the global HR organization. This role plays a crucial role in this paradigm shift towards a global HR organization based on consistent global processes. Both from a transformation (change) and from a continuous improvement perspective (run).
Main Accountabilities /Key Tasks
Process Design & Optimization
Develop and maintain standardized HR processes globally, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations.
Design, implement, and sustain a global Business Process Ownership (BPO) framework to define ownership, accountability, and decision-making for HR processes.
Leadership & Strategy
Act as a strategic advisor to senior HR leadership on process governance and operational excellence.
Drive alignment between global HR processes and organizational strategy, ensuring processes enable business growth and scalability.
Champion a culture of accountability and ownership through the BPO framework, influencing decision-making at all levels.
Governance and documentation
Maintain accurate process documentation and ensure adherence to global HR policies
Continuous improvement
Establish and drive a continuous improvement governance to ensure process and system changes are in control and in line with future blueprint
Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
Connect with other FrieslandCampina BPO teams, with the aim to leverage internal best practices
Stakeholder management
Partner with Business Process Owners (BPO's) and Business Process Experts (BPEs) in HR Centers of Excellence, People Service & Solutions, capability pools and the Digital HR team to implement process changes and system enhancements.
Consult, update and communicate to all relevant stakeholders structurally. Managing expectations of relevant stakeholders, involving the right stakeholders in decision-making and building a network of relevant stakeholders.
Performance monitoring
Define and track key process metrics (KPIs), analyze performance data, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
Support global HR transformation initiatives by managing process-related change and training activities.
Change Management
Support global HR transformation initiatives by managing process-related change and training activities
Build Organisational Capability: Strengthen global process capability by coaching, challenging, and supporting BPOs, BPEs, and Product Owners in their strategic decisions, process design considerations, and problem-solving approaches.
Critical Competencies
Knowledge
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT
Minimum of 8 years of experience
Deep knowledge of Digital (HR) solutions like SuccessFactors and/or ServiceNow;
Experience with managing large and complex digital transformation multi country projects in international and complex environments
Proven experience in HR process management within a global organization
Strong business acumen
Strong communicator and innovator
Experience with leading agile teams and change management;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

Skills
Advanced knowledge of HR technology platforms (preferably SuccessFactors and ServiceNow) and process automation
Strong communication and presentation skills for global audiences.
Project management proficiency (Agile or PMP certification preferred).
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies.
Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile Scrum) are a plus
