Job Summary
As an Account Manager at Norday you are commercially responsible for developing existing accounts and realizing new opportunities. You translate substantive opportunities into concrete proposals, build relationships, and actively push commercial progress and results.
Responsibilities
Account- and stakeholder management: actively build, maintain, and expand customer relationships within the care sector.
Commercial governance: signal needs and commercial opportunities, initiate pipeline, and close assignments.
Proposal and roadmap development: together with strategists and specialists translate client needs into sharp proposals and program plans.
Lead generation: initiate sales and marketing activities in collaboration with strategists, content managers, and AI tools.
Budget monitoring and financial responsibility: monitor account budgets and drive healthy financial performance.
Onboarding and handover: ensure a flawless start for new clients and clear internal handover to project teams.
Account planning and forecasting: develop account plans, monitor progress, and identify growth opportunities within existing relationships.
Evaluation and optimization: perform quarterly evaluations of client relationships and partnership performance.
Advisory role: advise clients on budget allocation, digital roadmaps, and development methodology (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
Business development: participate in strategic sales trajectories around transition and innovation challenges in care.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience as account manager or client lead, preferably within an agency environment.
Affinity with societal themes and the care sector.
Decisiveness: you can co‑create choices with the client and drive forward.
Structured work: CRM discipline, overview, and commercial determination.
Strong communication, commercially driven, and results oriented.
Team player who facilitates and challenges strategists and specialists as needed.

Salary between €4,500 and €6,000 per month (40 hours), depending on experience.
