The Role We are looking for a Project & Industrialization Coordinator to act as the technical bridge between our R&D, Automation, and full-scale production. You are the specialist architect of requirements and will be the owner of the Technical Lifecycle. Your task is to support the machine concepts and automation strategies required for upscaling, ensuring every machine fulfills its intended functionality, safety, and operational capacity.

Key Responsibilities Requirement Engineering: Author detailed technical specification sheets that serve as the definitive blueprint for external machine builders. Compliance & Safety: Rigorously check all designs against DIN and ISO standards and ensure all systems meet CE requirements for functionality and safety. Operational Optimization: Ensure machines fulfill operational capacities and are optimized for the desired RFQ targets. Commercial Strategy: Conduct ROI calculations, collect preliminary data for project justification, and manage the technology catalog for our scaling operations. Supplier & Procurement: Lead the RFQ process, manage international supplier relations, and ensure the hardware delivered matches the high standards of our precision requirements. Strategic Analysis: Perform preliminary data collection, ROI calculations, and support the preparation of internal technology catalogs. Project Coordination: Follow up on development statuses and maintain technical documentation to ensure a smooth transition from installation to operation.

What You Bring ✅ Education: A degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a similar field. ✅ Standards Expertise: Strong familiarity with DIN, ISO, and CE regulations as they apply to industrial machinery. ✅ Technical Insight: The ability to read and interpret mechanical designs, electrical schematics, and P&IDs. ✅ Commercial Affinity: Experience with technical ordering, purchase processes, and an understanding of Product Life Cycles. ✅ Proactive Spirit: You don't just report a delay; you already have a "Plan B" ready to go. ✅ Languages: Professional fluency in English and German. Proficiency in Chinese is a massive bonus for our global supply chain coordination.
