Short-Form Video Editor Intern

MR MARVIS is expanding their creative team and looking for a Short‑Form Video Editor Intern passionate about short‑form content, social media trends, and digital storytelling. We’re looking for a sharp, fast, and reliable short‑form editor who understands retention and can consistently deliver polished 15–30 second edits for Reels, TikTok and Meta Paid Ads.

We are the largest Dutch clothing brand with a B Corp Certification; a label which is only awarded to companies that demonstrably make a positive impact and contribute to a better world. What you’ll edit

15–30 sec Reels/TikToks (organic, viral‑optimized)

UGC‑style videos for Meta ads

Mostly iPhone footage + occasional professional camera footage

What you’ll do

Edit short‑form videos with strong hooks, tight pacing, and clean transitions

Add on‑brand captions, subtitles, and voiceovers (often in multiple languages)

Handle multiplication for local markets

Add motion graphics, animated text & effects (when necessary)

Maintain visual consistency and brand quality

Deliver edits on schedule and handle revisions when needed

Ability to revise same‑day when required

Maintain organized files, naming, and version control for smooth approvals

Collaborate closely with the Brand, Design, Copy, Creative production and Growth marketing teams to ensure content supports wider business goals

What you’ll bring

Experience editing short‑form content (Reels/TikTok) with a clear portfolio

Strong sense of retention, pacing, hooks, and trend formats

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in CapCut / Adobe Premiere / Final Cut (any is fine) and After Effects

For non‑Europeans, a valid working permit for the Netherlands is required.
