Senior Partnerships Manager (Netherlands)

What you’ll do
Build and own local partnerships end‑to‑end across dining, lifestyle, entertainment, travel, wellness and more.
Adapt our UK rewards programme for the Netherlands, using cultural insight to create a Dutch experience members love.
Curate high‑quality, taste‑led partnerships that generate value for all parties.
Own every step of partner relationships, nurturing day‑to‑day and driving growth.
Track partnership performance, share insights, and continuously improve future deals.
You're a great fit if
You thrive in 0→1 environments and enjoy building from the ground up.
You’re familiar with the dining world – a network of restaurants or hospitality groups is a bonus.
You have great taste and strong commercial instincts to balance brand, member value, and partner outcomes.
You’re a natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting operators and creating lasting partnerships.
You won’t be a great fit if
You want a large team around you – this role is hands‑on with a small early‑market team.
You prefer long planning cycles over quick learning – we move fast and iterate in the real world.
You find ambiguity uncomfortable – you’ll write the partnership playbook from day one.
What’s it like working at Yonder?
We’re office‑first but remote‑friendly. Once an office is finalized in Amsterdam, you’ll come in at least three days a week.

Benefits and compensation
Contract: 12‑month FTC
Salary: €83,983 – €91,269 (+ 8% holiday bonus)
Equity: €17,895 – €21,537 stock options vests over 1 year
Holiday allowance: 8% of base salary, paid monthly
Pension: Fixed 3% of annual salary into a fund
Annual leave: 27 days + 8 public holidays

Interview process
Stage 1: Hiring Manager Intro call (60 min remote)
Stage 2: Case interview / take‑home task (60 min remote)
Stage 3: Final interviews – two 60‑minute remote interviews (experience & values) + 15‑minute comfort break
Stage 4: Reference check (phone)
Stage 5: Offer (decision within 24 h where possible)
We provide feedback at each stage and move quickly – onboarding can take 2‑6 weeks after checks.
