Team Lead Commissioning & Planning

to lead a dynamic Field Service team of 10 Commissioning Engineers (located in NL, Denmark, Spain and the US) focused on the software implementation and testing of the delivered installations at our customers locations (globally). You'll guide and support your team in delivering high-quality service and execution. What you'll be doing

Ensure all work orders are delivered on time and within budget, with complete reporting. Collaborate with other teams and elevate issues as needed. Act as a sparring partner for field service scheduling, business, and technical support. Monitor team performance and utilisation, using KPI for benchmarking. Mentor employees and encourage skill development. Conduct regular appraisals and performance meetings. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and development. Optimize Field Service activities in close cooperation with management. What kind of a person are you?

Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Software Engineering (or similar knowledge level). Strong field service experience. Excellent English communication skills. Affinity with people management. Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. Experience in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams is an advantage. What we offer!
