Job Title: Service Now Technical Consultant – Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Location: Remote (DACH/Benelux based preferred) Contract Type: Freelance - Long-term engagement Rate: Open depending on experience Language: English speaking Overview: My client is seeking a Service Now Technical Consultant with strong experience in the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module. You'll play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing WSD solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline workplace operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical implementation and configuration of the WSD module within the Service Now platform. Integrate WSD with other Service Now modules and third-party systems. Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure best practices in development, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Service Now Technical Consultant Hands-on expertise in the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module. Service Now certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS-WSD).
