Job Overview Yellowtail Conclusion is a leading IT consulting specialist that has been delivering successful IT solutions to top Dutch banks, insurance companies, (semi)government institutions and financial advisors for 20 years.

As a Business Consultant you will drive innovation and digital transformation processes for large financial clients such as ABN AMRO, Triodos, Aegon and PGGM. You will collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams consisting of designers, developers and IT architects.

Responsibilities You will conduct thorough business analyses, take the lead on user testing, facilitate workshops and lead input sessions. You will also ensure a seamless handover from the project to the operations organization and have the freedom to shape your own career path.

Qualifications

Master’s degree

2-5 years experience in IT consulting or IT project management

Vivid analytical skills – you process new information quickly and structured

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English at all levels, for both clients and colleagues

Salary and Benefits The salary range for this role is €3,400 to €4,200, depending on your knowledge and experience. You will receive a mobility allowance that you can use in an environmentally responsible way, such as an electric lease car.
