This role may require availability on evenings or mornings and every Saturday. What You’ll Do

Lead communication between the hub and our headquarters. Close the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready to go for the next shift. Support the team with onboarding, problem‑solving, and answering their questions. Quality (and quantity!) control for irregularities. Track hours, shifts, and KPIs for our biggest hub. Keep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers. What You’ll Need

Availability on evenings/mornings (4 weekdays + every Saturday). B2‑level English (Dutch is nice but not necessary!) An eye for quality, safety, and following all security‑related rules. To be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot. Discipline, good organisational skills, and the ability to focus for long periods of time. Previous experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!). Any relevant certificate (EPT, forklift, etc.) would be nice. Seniority Level
