Process / Quality Manager -key function inside Filtrair

Purpose of the Position
As Process / Quality Manager you safeguard, monitor, and continuously improve quality standards and operational processes. You work closely with team leaders and production to drive performance, strengthen quality awareness on the shop floor, and ensure structured, sustainable improvements.
Key responsibilities
Develop, implement and monitor quality standards, systems, and KPIs; report insights and trends to management
Plan and execute internal audits; analyze deviations and translate findings into corrective and preventive actions
Identify bottlenecks and initiate continuous improvement projects (Lean / Six Sigma) together with Operations and CI
Create and embed uniform working methods and process discipline across production teams
Functionally guide and coach team leaders; act as first point of contact for quality and production-related issues
Maintain and improve procedures and work instructions with the Document Controller and CI Manager; support training and knowledge transfer
Profile
HBO work and thinking level (e.g., Technology, Logistics, Business Administration, or Quality Management)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a production, logistics, or process-driven environment
Practical knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a hands-on, coaching leadership style
Proactive, results-driven, and able to align stakeholders from shop floor to management
Business fluency in english and dutch
