As a PEGA Lead System Architect, you will:

Lead the design and implementation of complex PEGA-based solutions.

Proven experience working across multiple teams in enterprise environments.

Deep knowledge of PEGA Platform architecture and capabilities.

Strong understanding of PEGA Constellation framework.

Experience guiding customers on PEGA landscape and solution strategy.

Solid experience in large-scale PEGA implementations.

You Should Possess the Ability to

Architect scalable and high-performing PEGA solutions.

Mentor and guide development teams on PEGA best practices.

Translate complex business requirements into technical design.

Troubleshoot architectural and performance challenges.
