Hudson RPO is proud to be partnering with a leading European digital services group to hire a strategic and performance-driven
Head of Paid Media . This is an opportunity to own and scale a multi-channel, multi-market paid media function across a diverse portfolio of brands in the web hosting, website building, and digital performance sectors.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with deep experience in performance marketing — someone who thrives in fast-paced, digitally native environments, and knows how to drive measurable growth through smart, data-driven media strategy.
You’ll oversee large paid media budgets, manage international campaign execution across channels like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic display, and ensure full-funnel attribution and optimization across the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Own the paid media strategy and execution across multiple brands, markets, and customer segments.
Lead media planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting across paid search, social, video, and display.
Oversee internal teams and external media agencies, driving alignment, quality, and ROI.
Set KPIs and benchmarks for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key performance metrics.
Collaborate with analytics, creative, product, and marketing operations teams to improve targeting, creative, attribution, and conversion.
Introduce rigorous testing frameworks (A/B, incrementality, bid strategies, audience segmentation) to maximize returns.
Identify new channels, media innovations, and growth opportunities across paid platforms.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior marketing and commercial stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, with proven leadership of multi-channel, multi-market campaigns.
Strong knowledge of key ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic DSPs.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale paid media budgets across diverse customer segments and markets.
Deep understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and customer lifecycle optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and actions from campaign data.
Experience managing both in-house resources and media agency partners.
Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and Mixpanel is a plus.
Experience in high-volume online businesses such as SaaS, eCommerce, telecom, or digital services is preferred.
Commercially sharp, creative in problem solving, and able to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
