Account Manager Work on site in Utrecht with work from home Dutch speaking Initial 1 year contract with extensions

Responsibilities •

Supporting the Head of Site Negotiations

with strategic and operational tasks within the negotiation team. •

Client management:

acting as a point of contact for clients, aligning with their needs, and ensuring smooth project progress. •

Management of service providers:

coordinating and directing external parties responsible for negotiations, monitoring their performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. •

Results‑driven work:

monitoring progress and actively steering towards achieving objectives and KPIs. •

Risk management:

identifying and mitigating risks within projects. •

Process optimization:

contributing to improvements in workflows and tools for more efficient site acquisitions. •

Market analysis:

analyzing the real estate market and rental trends to make well‑founded decisions and use relevant market information during negotiations. •

Reporting and optimization:

tracking progress and reporting results to management, while proposing possible improvements in the negotiation process.

Requirements •

Education level:

Preferably a completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree (WO) in a relevant field, such as Real Estate Management, Law, Business Administration, or (Business) Economics. •

Experience:

At least 3–5 years of experience in (commercial) negotiations, preferably within real estate, telecom infrastructure, or related sectors. •

Telecom sector experience:

Experience in the telecom sector and knowledge of site‑acquisition processes is an advantage. •

Service provider management:

Experience in directing and managing external service providers or agencies. •

Results‑driven:

Able to achieve objectives within set deadlines and budgets. •

Stakeholder management:

Experience with stakeholder management and working in a client‑focused manner. •

Excellent command of the Dutch language , both spoken and written •

Good command of the English language , both spoken and written •

Experienced in working with Microsoft Office applications

such as Outlook and Word; highly experienced in using Excel •

Strong reporting and monitoring skills •

Skilled in working with (web‑based) software tools
