For a client in the insulation and air-climate sector, active in both residential construction and commercial/utilities, we are looking for a skilled Insulation Sheet Metal Worker. The company is based near Enschede, and projects take place throughout the Netherlands. You will be responsible for fabricating and installing aluminium cladding on:

ventilation ducts

hot and cold pipelines

machinery and technical installations

Tasks include:

measuring, cutting, bending and forming sheet metal

applying insulation materials (mineral wool, stone wool, armaflex)

fabricating and installing aluminium protective cladding

working from technical drawings or sketches

working independently at various project locations

This role can be performed on a freelance basis or via temporary employment, depending on your preference. Wat vragen wij van jou Proven experience as an insulation sheet metal worker

Skilled in aluminium cladding for ducts, pipes and machinery

Able to work independently (freelance or temporary basis)

Own tools and work van (required for freelancers)

Accurate, safety-focused and reliable workmanship

Willingness to work at various locations in the Netherlands

Must speak Dutch or English at a functional level
