Technical support engineering

Main Goals and Responsibilities: • Main customer contact for the region in pre-sales, sell-through and post sales activities • Provide technical advice to customers in product, installation and system operation matters • Resolve customer technical issues, including warranty replacement • Conduct local product/technical training • Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysis • Provide sales and marketing support as needed We are looking for: • Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors • Self-motivator with 1+ years related experiences in the energy storage industry is a must • Energetic professional who may travel 30% or above per year • Good communicator with fluent English (Company does not provide visa sponsorship)
