We are looking for a driven Business Developer to help grow an innovative infrastructure monitoring solution that delivers real-time, millimeter-precise structural displacement insights. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base across construction, geotechnics, and surveying markets.
What you’ll do
Generate and convert leads through outbound sales, events, and LinkedIn outreach
Manage and grow a portfolio of customers (retention, upsell & cross-sell)
Advise and train customers, translating technical data into actionable insights
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
Contribute to go-to-market strategy and provide market feedback to marketing and product teams
Maintain and optimize CRM and sales pipeline processes
What you bring
3–8 years of experience, including 2+ years in a commercial role
Background in construction; experience in geotechnics or surveying is a strong plus
BSc degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or similar
Strong analytical skills and relationship-building abilities
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation
What to expect
