The Tax Manager manages the Corporate Income Tax positions of Heineken NV and the Dutch tax group (from forecasting to reporting, compliance and discussions with advisers and tax authorities). The Tax Manager acts as Business Partner for the Global functions (Commerce, Supply Chain, People) and the Export business (all taxes). The Tax Manager is responsible for the tax positions of Heineken Global Procurement (HGP), including its multiple foreign tax registrations and supervises the HGP tax team in Krakow. No direct reports. Requirements: ~ Education: University / Master degree in Tax economics and/or Law ~ Work experience: 8 years in a large multinational (preferably FMCG) or Big4 consultancy firm ~ Required work experience in field of expertise: Broad tax experience in all parts of the business: risk management, planning, tax compliance, transactional tax processes. Experience with tax accounting & reporting and in process improvement projects. Comfortable to frequently business partner with other leaders ~ Other fields of expertise: Wide organizational perspective, recognized as valued business partner, independent ~ Functional skills: Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management and negotiating skills, able to translate and integrate different perspectives. Expert knowledge on Dutch and international tax law.
