We’re a mission-driven B2C startup building a nutrition advisory app for serious endurance athletes that changes nutrition intake from a performance limiting to a performance enhancing factor around workouts but also during workouts through fitness wearables. We currently have around 75.000 users and substantial traction within pro cycling where the product was used on 6 stage wins during Tour de France 2025.
We’re a team of ~5, shipping fast, learning from users weekly, and looking for a Head of Growth to own and scale our growth engine end-to-end. We are looking for an entrepreneurial person eager to help revolutionizing.
The role
As Head of Growth, you’ll be the person responsible for turning “a great product” into sustained user and revenue growth. You’ll work hands‑on across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, while building‑out the foundations (tracking, experimentation, creative iteration, lifecycle) that we can scale.
You’ll report to the CEO/founder(s) and work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and our Nutrition experts.
What you’ll do
Own the growth strategy and targets: define growth priorities, KPIs, and a weekly experimentation cadence.
Acquire users profitably: run and optimize paid social/search, test new channels, manage budgets, improve CAC/LTV economics.
Improve activation and conversion: optimize onboarding, paywalls/pricing tests, landing pages, referral loops, and in‑app funnels.
Build lifecycle growth: email/push/in‑app messaging, segmentation, churn reduction, win‑back flows.
Lead experimentation and CRO: define hypotheses, design A/B tests, measure impact, and turn learnings into playbooks.
Own measurement basics: instrumentation plan, event tracking, dashboards, attribution/UTM discipline, insight‑driven reporting.
Drive creative performance: build a repeatable creative/testing process (briefs, concepts, angles) through our community and our partners (pro teams & influencers)
Work responsibly in a health‑adjacent domain: align messaging with evidence‑based nutrition guidance; ensure claims and comms are compliant and user‑safe.
What we’re looking for
5+ years (or equivalent) in growth / performance / lifecycle for a B2C app, subscription product, or consumer tech.
Strong hands‑on skills in social media marketing
Comfort with analytics and measurement (e.g., GA4/app analytics, attribution basics, dashboards, cohort analysis).
A structured experimenter: you can run weekly tests, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate learnings clearly.
Strong copy/creative judgment: you know what makes users click, convert, and stick—and you can brief creatives well.
Startup mindset: you’re comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and doing both strategy and execution.
Nice to have
Experience with nutrition/health/wellness products (and understanding of responsible marketing in this space).
App growth experience with ASO, subscription optimization, paywall testing, or referral programs.
Familiarity with privacy/compliance basics (GDPR, consent, sensitive data handling).
Influencer/creator marketing and UGC pipelines.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
Clear growth model (north star + leading metrics), baseline dashboards, and clean tracking.
A prioritized growth roadmap and steady experiment cadence.
Early wins in one or more: CAC down, activation up, conversion up, retention up, or improved payback.
