Senior ICSS Engineer – Offshore FPSO Projects (DCS/ESD/SIS) Are you currently configuring DCS logic but missing real project ownership? Do you want to lead ICSS scope from FEED through commissioning on complex offshore facilities?

We are looking for a

Senior ICSS Engineer

who doesn't just design systems, but takes them all the way to a safe, first-time-right start-up. You'll own the full ICSS lifecycle on offshore production assets, from control philosophy and C&E development to FAT, commissioning, and handover. This is not a back-office configuration role. This is hands-on delivery in a complex, multidisciplinary offshore environment.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Lead ICSS scope across FEED, detailed design, FAT/SAT, commissioning and handover.

Develop and validate control philosophies, logic diagrams, C&E matrices and alarm strategies.

Configure and test DCS / ESD / F&G / SIS systems (ABB, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Emerson, etc.).

Drive SIL compliance (IEC 61511) and align cybersecurity hardening (IEC 62443).

Manage vendor packages and technical bid evaluations.

Coordinate interfaces across Process, E&I, Marine and Package Vendors.

Lead FAT/SAT and support offshore commissioning & start-up.

Mentor junior engineers and standardise best practices.

Requirements Senior ICSS Engineer – Offshore FPSO Projects (DCS/ESD/SIS)

5-10 years of ICSS experience in oil & gas or complex process facilities.

Strong hands-on experience with DCS / PLC / SIS / F&G platforms.

Deep knowledge of control philosophies, C&E, and alarm rationalisation.

Experience supporting commissioning and start-up.

Comfortable in a multidisciplinary offshore EPC environment.

Willing to travel for FAT and yard/offshore activities.
