(Senior) Manager SAP

Overview

The manager SAP is responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of the SAP portfolio of client customers. The manager will be the primary advocate for each customer, guiding them along a path to digital transformation. The focus will be SAP S/4 HANA. Responsibilities

Own the ultimate success of the most strategic customers, including customer onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal. Drive the company strategic agenda with the client base and act as a pivotal driver for the value of the complete suite of solutions to meet client needs. Be part of a growing technical consulting practice, from business development to managing complex programs, and from strategy to operations. Ensure successful delivery of SAP projects post-sales and maintain long-term customer relationships to support retention and renewal. Qualifications

Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success and aligning in complex customer environments at executive and departmental levels. Able to drive a sales campaign by coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Consultative selling approach. Experienced in SAP S/4 HANA. Excellent communication skills, strong written English, and effective facilitation. Passionate about technology, a credible evangelist, and able to translate passion into business impact for customers. Ability to own enterprise accounts, bring in enterprise logos, drive revenue, develop opportunities, manage pipeline, and execute account strategies. High energy, strong sales leadership capable of engaging customers and partners at executive levels.
