Business Analyst 6 - 12 Month Contract Location: Netherlands | Hybrid Working

About the Role

We are currently partnering with a key client in the Netherlands who is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 6 to 12 month contract. The organisation is delivering several business and system improvement initiatives and requires a structured, analytical professional who can operate confidently between business stakeholders and technical teams. This is a hybrid position offering exposure to transformation programs within a complex and fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will play a central role in driving clarity and structure across initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Gathering and analysing business and functional requirements Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions Documenting current and future state processes Translating business needs into actionable specifications Supporting development and delivery teams throughout implementation Identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation

You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex organisations Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working within Agile or structured delivery frameworks Ability to analyse business processes, systems, and data Confident working across business and technical teams
