Junior Information Security Officer

As the company moves toward the official launch of a groundbreaking product, they seek a dedicated Information Security Officer to play a key role in securing their systems and processes. As the Information Security Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for all information security matters within the organization. You will collaborate closely with the head of compliance and a small team of technical security experts to ensure comprehensive security coverage across the company. Your role will involve leading the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 standards, ensuring the organization meets international best practices for information security management. You will support and guide both internal and external auditing processes, helping to demonstrate compliance and identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities

Another part of your responsibilities will include conducting training and educational sessions for teams on security policies and procedures, building a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining various security frameworks and policies that protect the company's critical assets and data. Additionally, you will engage in effective communication and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring security considerations are understood and integrated into business decisions. Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with: 2+ years of experience in information security Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities Preferred experience in start-up or scale-up environments within compliance-heavy, regulated domains Salary

Salary:

up to 65k (including holiday allowance)
