We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst (Junior/Medior level) on behalf of a leading organization in the banking sector. About the Role: In today’s complex risk landscape, effective third-party risk and supply chain management are more important than ever. In this Amsterdam-based position, you will play a vital role in implementing and improving the TPRM framework, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and supporting business continuity and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities: Risk Assessment & Due Diligence:

Contribute to the review and analysis of new and existing third-party partnerships and support robust due diligence processes. Contract Management Support:

Assist with the review of supplier contracts, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams—facilitating strong communication and coordination across departments. Monitoring & Reporting:

Oversee third-party performance, maintain registers, and prepare risk reports for senior management. Issue Management & Remediation:

Identify risks and participate in the remediation and escalation processes when needed. Process Improvement:

Suggest and implement enhancements to TPRM processes and tools, in line with DORA and EBA guidelines.

Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Information Security, or a related field 1–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, procurement, or contract management within banking or financial services Knowledge of third-party risk concepts; familiarity with DORA, EBA, or similar frameworks is an advantage Strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and reporting tools is a plus Outstanding communication skills in English
