Finance Manager –
(D365 F&O Expertise needed)
Salary: €90,000 per year
(€7,500 Per Month ) Location:
Netherlands, Hybrid
Start Date: December or January
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who thrives on bringing structure, driving process improvements, and ensuring financial operations run smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic international team and play a key role in shaping financial strategy and operations.
You will report directly to the CFO at in their head office based elsewhere Europe and to the Managing Directors based in the Netherlands. Working closely with a dedicated Finance Team of three administrators, you will oversee the full financial administration, including invoicing, treasury management, budgeting, and annual accounts. As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of financial policy and ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting across both regions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete accounting for Dutch entities
Supervise and prepare audit files
Optimize closing processes and strengthen internal controls
Handle transfer pricing documentation and ICO reconciliations
Forecast cash flow and manage tax administration/returns
Compile annual accounts
Prepare and monitor international management reports
Lead budgeting processes and financial planning
Continuously improve financial processes for efficiency and accuracy
Act as Key User for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O , driving system optimisations and implementing improvements
What I’m Looking For
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Excellent understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and compliance
Ability to work collaboratively across international teams
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvement
A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
7+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
A strong discussion partner for management and the CFO, with a hands-on mentality
Excellent command of Dutch and professional English , including financial terminology
Analytical, proactive, and able to take ownership while managing a team
Preferably experienced in an international environment and familiar with ICT project administration
