IT Support Engineer – End User Services (L2/L3)

Requirements -

LANWAN, SCCM, IP Phones, Windows, Desktop Support, Good communication, Organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills Installing and configuring client computer systems Responding to client, IT support requests Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software Troubleshooting networking and connection issues IMAC of new network printers and related service drivers Issuing loaner PC and peripheral devices and maintaining stock Install and set-up of user desk phone devices and training if needed
