The Role As a Fault‑finding Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining high technical standards within a modern industrial environment. Working in the Netherlands, you will contribute directly to operational reliability, structured problem‑solving, and long‑term equipment performance.

This role aligns closely with what is internationally known as a Millwright, and in the Dutch market is comparable to an Onderhoudsmonteur / Storingsmonteur with both mechanical and electrical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on complex mechanical and electrical systems;

Diagnose technical faults and perform accurate root‑cause analysis;

Respond to breakdowns and ensure fast, safe, and effective solutions;

Work closely with engineering, production, and operations teams;

Document maintenance activities in line with compliance and safety standards;

Maintain a strong focus on safety, reliability, and continuity of operations.

Requirements

Solid technical background in both mechanical and electrical systems;

Experience within industrial or infrastructure environments;

Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills;

Able to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams;

Fluent in English and Afrikaans;

Professional attitude and willingness to work according to Dutch safety standards.
