Online Operations Specialist (Benelux) Ecommerce

Role Purpose To ensure operational excellence by managing digital content and newsletters via

Marketing Cloud

and

CoreMedia

for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg markets.

Key Responsibilities

Newsletter Management (80%) Multichannel Execution:

Lead the creation, testing, and scheduling of newsletters across all brands, ensuring flawless delivery for different locales (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg). Localization:

Manage copy and asset variations to ensure content is accurately tailored to each specific local market and language. Quality Control:

Rigorously verify links, items, and tracking to maintain the highest standards of customer experience.

Content Operations - CoreMedia (20%) CMS Management and support:

Partner with Ecomm Specialists to execute the trade calendar efficiently: support them uploading and managing homepage updates, landing pages, and campaign assets using CoreMedia across all brands, when needed.

What we’re looking for Operational Excellence:

Highly organized with a "get things done" attitude and extreme attention to detail. Technical Mindset:

Proficiency in using CMS/CRM tools (CoreMedia/Marketing Cloud experience is a plus); ability to manage high-volume tasks across multiple markets. Communication:

Fluent in English (Dutch or Italian are a strong plus) with a proactive approach to collaboration. Experience:

2+ years in a similar eCommerce operations or content role is a plus, but not mandatory
