Job Description We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives for a global

Video Streaming Platform

project. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical and account support, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Candidate Profile

Dutch native/fluent speaker +

English minimum B2 level (mandatory)

With or without experience

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work rotating shifts

Mandatory Documents All candidates must have one of the following:

EU ID

EU Residence Card

Certificate of Protection (issued later than March 2022)

Salary & Benefits Base salary (without experience):

14,000€ gross/year

Paid training

International working environment

Relocation Package For candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal:

Full bureaucratic support (NIF & NISS)

Housing assistance according to candidate needs

Relocation bonus:

2,500€ gross (paid with first payroll cycle)
