freelance System Integration Engineer

to help bring complex energy systems to life. You’ll play a key role in supporting the

energy transition

by helping businesses use energy more efficiently and sustainably. You’ll work on technical projects involving smart buildings and energy systems – from installation and testing to optimisation and customer support. What You’ll Do

Commission, test, and optimise advanced energy systems, including batteries, EV chargers, solar panels, and generators. Integrate hardware and software for smart energy solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on-site and remotely. Support installations at commercial, educational, and industrial sites. Work on diverse projects ranging from €4,000 to €4 million. About You

MBO 4 or HBO qualification (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Practical, proactive, and curious, with strong problem-solving skills. Good communicator with a customer-focused mindset. Interested in both hardware and software systems. Able to travel onsite within Noord Brabant regularly. What’s Offered
