Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product categories. Analyze market trends, historical data, and commercial inputs to improve forecast accuracy. Support the S&OP cycle with high-quality reports, insights, and data validation. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align on key business assumptions. Track and improve key forecasting KPIs such as BIAS, forecast accuracy, and forecast stability. Prepare scenarios, identify risks & opportunities, and recommend data-driven actions. Experience (minimum 2 years) in demand planning, forecasting, or data analysis - within FMCG or retail. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with APS or forecasting systems is a plus. Comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
