1. E-Commerce & Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Le Cliché is a growing contemporary women’s fashion brand seeking a detail-oriented and organized team member to manage our e-commerce and wholesale order operations.

If you enjoy working with systems, processing orders, and supporting sales growth behind the scenes, we’d love to have you join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Process all in-house wholesale and online orders

Manage daily orders on

FashionGo & Faire

Operate and maintain

ERP system (N41 / Number 41)

Enter POs, invoices, inventory, and shipping information

Track inventory and coordinate shipments

Prepare and send line sheets to buyers and customers

Follow up with accounts to generate reorders

Support customer service and account communication

Work closely with sales, production, and warehouse teams

Qualifications

Experience with

N41 (Number 41) ERP system preferred

Experience with FashionGo & Faire or wholesale platforms

Strong Excel and data entry skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual English/Korean is a plus
