Responsibilities Sia is looking for bright and dynamic Senior Consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. You will be involved in transformation projects at our clients, executing project assignments including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, and functional specifications. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will have opportunities to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars, etc.) within the business units of the different industries we serve. Equipped with an entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

You have a Master\'s degree.

You have 3-6 years of relevant working experience (or PhD).

Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.

You\'re a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.

You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.

Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!
