Payment Services Business Unit

We are currently looking for a
Payroll Admin/HR Operation Support
to ensure on-time, accurate and compliant employee and a HR related data and efficiently address requests from internal and external stakeholders using this data.
As our new Payroll Admin/HR Operation Support ,you will:
Maintain employment records
(statutory, employee personal and job history, performance, compensation, skills, retirement, and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.) and ensure data accuracy of all data in core HR System
Lead the operational implementation of all
Employee Lifecycle events
Ensure records and processes comply with
company and country legal regulations
Address payroll and employment-related issues
(hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.)
Provide on-time inputs to the finance team
and vendors for various payouts
Collaborate with the
Compensation and benefits team, HRBPs, and finance team
Manage/maintain the
HR databases
Work closely with benefits providers/vendors, Insurance companies, and TPA (Third party Administrator) for smooth settlement of insurance claims (term / medical)
Provide reporting and analysis to management (employee headcount demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, performance, overtime, attrition, employee turnover)
Provide reporting required by external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions, etc.), Compensation and Rewards program administration (e.g., compensation administration, employee benefits administration, etc.)
Identify and manage HR vendors aligned to the applicable procurement policy requirements
Participate in internal/external HR audits
Maintain the Employee Handbook, policies, and processes on the intranet and locally
Oversee the off-boarding process
Collate statutory compliance-related data
Ensure the data sanctity
Identifiy opportunities to drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures

Who arfe we looking for?
To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills and experience:
university degree in Human Resources
knowledge of payroll calculation principles
experience in payroll processing in an international environment
experience in cooperation with a local payroll provider
fluent Dutch
German is a plus

Annual gross salary including 8,33% holiday allowance
Permanent contract with probation period
Workdays/time; 5 days per week/ 37,5 hours per week = 7,5 hours per day excluding 1 hour unpaid lunch break
