Lead Software Engineer - Frontend (Angular)

We are looking for an experienced

Lead Frontend Software Developer

who can work in the core of our organization with a tightly knit and small DevOps team to deliver business value using modern cloud technologies and a DevOps way of working.

As a senior software engineer, you will join our existing side, responsible for the digital core of Schuberg Philis, and improve its software development capabilities, working closely with internal stakeholders in sales, finance, and people planning. You will work daily within a DevOps team where your colleagues will expect you to maintain a wide overview while guarding aspects like quality, security, and planning.

What you will do Contribute to the core software platform and improve development capabilities within a DevOps team. Maintain a broad overview while ensuring quality, security, and timely planning, and collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, people planning).

Required qualifications

TypeScript, strictly typed

NgRx SignalStore / Angular Signals

RxJS and functional programming patterns

Angular Material and Handsontable

Jest (including ng-mocks)

OpenAPI

HTML/(S)CSS

Nx Monorepo with module boundaries & dependency constraints

Affinity for mentoring mid-level developers in a self-steering context

Fluency in English required

Nice to have

Playwright for end-to-end testing

Python (automation, scripts, and integrations with backend)
